My 2019 report will be brief because IFTC's activity has been very limited over the past year.

We are not talking about putting it to sleep, because our brave "permanent" staff (Director General Georges Dupont and Secretary General Lola Poggi-Goujon) participated in or contributed to several events –  notably in Goa, Macao and Algiers, as well as to the 2005 UNESCO Convention and forums of the UNESCO/NGO Liaison Committee – but it must be said that the IFTC operated in slow motion, without a Bureau meeting, without a General Assembly... and even without a call for subscriptions! We wait for better days ...

The International Prize of the IFTC - UNESCO Delmiro de CARALT was awarded in 2018, during the UNICA competition in Blansko, to the Swedish film "I have to save the world a little", by Peppe Andersson.

This was the twentieth Fellini medal awarded at a UNICA competition.

Once again this year, a Fellini medal will be made available to the 2019 jury for the award of an International IFTC - UNESCO International Prize to Zeist.

Mesdames et Messieurs les délégués, chers amis,

Mon rapport 2019 sera bref car l’activité du CICT a été très peu dense cette dernière année.

Sans parler vraiment de mise en sommeil, car nos valeureux « permanents » (le directeur général Georges Dupont et la secrétaire générale Lola Poggi-Goujon) ont participé ou contribué à plusieurs manifestations – notamment à Goa, Macao et Alger, ainsi qu’à la convention UNESCO 2005 et à des forums du comité de liaison UNESCO/ONG –, force est de constater que le CICT a fonctionné au ralenti, sans réunion du bureau, sans assemblée générale… et même sans appel de cotisation ! En attendant des jours meilleurs …

Le Prix International du CICT – UNESCO Delmiro de CARALT a été décerné en 2018, lors du concours de l’UNICA de Blansko, au film suédois « I have to save the world a little », de Peppe Andersson.

Il s’agissait de la vingtième médaille Fellini décernée lors d’un concours de l’UNICA.

Encore cette année, une médaille Fellini sera mise à disposition du jury 2019 pour l’attribution d’un Prix International CICT – UNESCO à Zeist.

Sehr geehrte Delegierte, liebe Freunde,

Mein Bericht 2019 wird kurz sein, da die Aktivitäten der IFTC im vergangenen Jahr sehr spärlich waren.

Ohne wirklich darüber zu sprechen, dass unsere tapferen "ständigen" Mitarbeiter (Generaldirektor Georges Dupont und Generalsekretärin Lola Poggi-Goujon) an mehreren Veranstaltungen teilgenommen oder mitgewirkt haben - insbesondere in Goa, Macau und Algier sowie an der UNESCO-Konvention und den Foren des UNESCO/NGO-Verbindungsausschusses von 2005 -, muss man sagen, dass die IFTC in Zeitlupe arbeitete, ohne Präsidiumssitzung, ohne Generalversammlung.... und sogar ohne Mitgliederanruf! Warten auf bessere Tage ...

Der Internationale Preis der IFTC - UNESCO Delmiro de CARALT wurde 2018 während des UNICA-Wettbewerbs in Blansko an den schwedischen Film "I have to save the world a little" von Peppe Andersson verliehen.

Dies war die zwanzigste Fellini-Medaille, die im Rahmen eines UNICA-Wettbewerbs verliehen wurde.

Auch in diesem Jahr wird der Jury 2019 wieder eine Fellini-Medaille für die Verleihung eines Internationalen IFTC - UNESCO International Prize an Zeist zur Verfügung gestellt.
