Agenda for the General Assembly UNICA 2014: item 17. Admission of new members

The IYSC (Iranian Youth Cinema Society) applies for UNICA Membership as the Federation representing the Islamic Republic of Iran. The IYCS has been a former member of UNICA. The first contribution for 2014 has been paid for. Their statutes don’t cause any problems.

The Committee proposes to grant Membership to the IYCS and welcome the representative(s) as having right of vote in the General Assembly after the counting of votes for admission.

STATUTES ARTICLE lll Membership3.1.4: The decision for admission as a member is made with a majority vote by the General Assembly upon proposal of the Committee.
