"JEUNESSE"
One young film maker will be sponsored
by UNICA, the national Federation and the organizer, under the condition
that (s)he has his/her film in the national selection.
As the number of
participating youngsters is very low this year, UNICA decided that it will
sponsor (max. 10) youngsters even if they don't have a film in the competition,
provided they have been registered before June 1, 2001
The distribution
of costs is:
50% of the congress
card paid by the national federation and 50% paid by the UNICA Treasury
The organizer comes
up for the cost of accommodation
The young film-maker
takes care of the cost of (remaining) meals.
