Die Vorreservierung des Hotels ist bis 20. Mai gültig. Bis dahin werden die Teilnehmer gebeten die Vorbezahlung in Höhe von 50% auf die Kontonummer zu überweisen. Dann wird die Reservation als garantierte Reservation angesehen.	The pre-reservation of the hotel is valid until the 20th of May. Die günstigen Hotelpreise, die wir als Eventlux in den Hotels bekommen haben, sind als Speziellangebot zu betrachten und deswegen sind die Stornierungmöglichkeiten folgend:	The favorable hotel-prices, that we have received as Eventlux in the hotels, are to be viewed as special offer and therefore the cancellation-possibilities are following:
1. Die ganze Summe für die Reservation muss bis Ankunft geregelt werden. Die erste Anzahlung bis zum 20. Mai 2009, die restliche Summe bis zum 03. September 2009.	1. the whole sum for the reservation must be paid until arrival. The first deposit up to the 20^th of May 2009, the remaining sum up to the 3rd of September 2009.
2. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit einer kostenlosen Stornierung nach dem 20. Mai. Nachdem die Reservation garantiert und bestätigt ist.	2. There is no possibility of a free cancellation after the 20^th of May. Then the reservation is guaranteed and is confirmed.
3. Nach dem 20. Mai besteht keine Möglichkeit der Terminänderung, das heisst Verlängerung oder Verkürzung des Aufenthalts mit den speziellen Preisen die wir anbieten.	3. After the 20^th of May there is no possibility to change the dates, e.i. extension or decrease of the stay with the special prices we are offering.
