Greta Varts
is an Estonian film critic and assistant director, currently studying at
MA Film Arts program in Baltic Film and Media School, specializing in
script writing and film theory. She has worked on over 15 short films as
an assistant director or scriptwriter and also has experience as an
assistant director on television series broadcasted by the Estonian
Broadcasting (ERR). She collaborates frequently with various newspapers
and editions in Estonia as a film critic and has covered Cannes film
festival as a film journalist in 2012.
